Self-Care and Lifestyle Choices as Fundamental To Health
The food we eat and the lifestyle choices we make.
Early childhood patterning, and its affect on our nervous system, sets the groundwork for our adulthood. External forces condition us early on, but we perpetuate that conditioning as we grow.
Every choice we make has an impact on our health, whether big or small, whether conscious or unconscious.
It can be hard to navigate making positive lifestyle and food choices daily when leading a busy lifestyle.
Routine self-care, including the ability to self-regulate our nervous system, combined with simple food guidelines over time improve mood, health, and overall outlook on life.
It’s the accumulation of small changes that lead to life transformation, and this is the purpose of dedicating regular time to our physical and emotional health.
